How do I arrange a visit?
Please give us a call on ………………………….. and we will arrange a suitable time for you to come visit the nursery.
When is the Nursery open?
We are open Monday and Friday from 7:00am to 6:30pm every day. Tess’ Tots operates all year round with the exception of bank holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year.
What is a key worker?
Key worker is the member of staff that is responsible for your child’s learning and development.
What is your training procedure?
All staff at Tess’ Tots undertake First Aid training, health & safety and food hygiene are a few of the nursery’s training procedures.
What do your fees include?
Here at Tess’ Tots we offer a range of child care packages, please contact us directly and we are happy to provide further information.
Do you offer funding for children 2, 3 and 4 years ?

What do you serve for meals and snacks?
We have a 2 week rota with a variety of meals from different cultures & cuisine. Please call us directly on ………………………..
Do you provide for kids with dietary requirements/ allergies?

Will my child be required to bring anything with them when starting?
We always want to hear if you or your child/children are unhappy with any aspect of the nursery. We have feedback slips and an open door policy, please contact Joyce Adjei on for a chat ……………………………
What if my child is ill and cannot attend?
Please notify the nursery as soon as possible and we will make a note on your child/children’s attendance record.
What is the Early Years Foundation?
The Early Years foundation also known as EYFS is the framework for the learning & development of all children from birth to 5 years. It applies too the following categories: - Childminders, Day Nurseries, Play groups, holiday play scheme, School reception, Nursery classes, after school & breakfast clubs. Our Nursery is open from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 A.M to 6:30 P.M. You can visit us at our Nursery in our office hours and we will be happy to help you in understanding how your child could learn and play with us.
